User Responsibilities

• Act in good faith in all collaboration opportunities
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect intellectual property rights

Collaboration Terms

No Guarantees: Joining our network does not guarantee collaboration opportunities. We match creators with opportunities based on fit and availability.

Commission Structure: Commission rates are determined on a case-by-case basis for each collaboration. We typically pass ≥90% of negotiated commissions to creators and organizers. Specific rates will be communicated before you agree to any collaboration.

Payment Terms: Commissions are typically paid monthly with a minimum threshold of $50 USD. Payment methods and schedules will be specified in individual collaboration agreements.

No Lock-ins: You are free to decline any collaboration opportunity without penalty. You may also leave the network at any time.

Fees

There are no signup fees, membership fees, or upfront costs to join Match ME Studio. We only earn when you earn through successful collaborations.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create as part of collaborations, subject to any agreements with brand partners. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Match ME Studio brand, logo, website, and related materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Match ME Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Misuse of our platform
• Any conduct that damages our reputation or relationships

You may also terminate your relationship with us at any time by contacting us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Match ME Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
